-        By participating in this contest, you accept and agree to all of the following terms and conditions.

-        Upon entering this contest, you agree to let AmericasComedy.Com post your video joke online via it’s website, Twitter account, Facebook page YouTube channel or any other online platform.

-        No other website, comedian, or political candidate is associated with this contest in anyway, including Barack Obama, Mitt Romney and any of the comedian’s who’s content we are giving away as prizes. None of the companies or distributors who helped produce the comedians’ content is associated with this contest in anyway. This contest is the original idea of, and being run solely by, AmericasComedy.Com.

-        AmericasComedy.Com is not liable for any injury resulting in the creation, production or submission of a contestants video/joke as a result of their participation in this contest.

-       AmericasComedy.Com cannot be held liable for any emotional distress, hurt feelings, or other emotional damage to a contestant as a result of their participation in this contest.

-       AmericasComedy.Com does not endorse any political candidate.

-        AmericasComedy.Com does not guarantee your video submission will be included among the videos we put up for votes. Some videos will be denied entry for various reasons that may or may not be outlined in these terms and conditions.

-       AmericasComedy.Com does not accept videos with violence, hate speech, religiously intolerant speech, political endorsements and other specifications that may or may not be outlined in these terms and conditions.

-       AmericasComedy.Com is not giving away any money or currency in this contest.

-       AmericasComedy.Com does not guarantee to the counting of all votes on video submissions will be completely 100% accurate. A “vote” constitutes the following: a “like” on our FB fan page, a retweet with the hashtag #ACElectMe and a “view” on our YouTube channel.

-       AmericasComedy.Com does not guarantee any amount of publicity to any video submitted, and any sharing of a submitted video will be at AmericasComedy.Com’s discretion.

-AmericasComedy.Com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions during the contest
