Chelsea Handler Set to Leave E!?

In light of her new NBC TV show, Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea, comedienne Chelsea Handler is considering leaving E! and her much appreciated talk show Chelsea Lately. Unfortunately this means the Kardashians will continue to gain over exposure and melt America’s brains.

Handler currently earns $3.5 million a year but why stop there? Her contract is currently in review with E! in attempts of possibly milking out another couple million dollars from them. If not, NBC is currently in talks with her to possibly give her a bigger role in their show. Handler is set to play an adaptation of her own sister, Sloane, opposite Laura Prepon, of That 70′s Show, who plays the new Chelsea.

Chelsea Lately is a spinoff of overdone late night shows, bringing in comedians with their own perspectives to the lame celebrity and entertainment breaking news. It will be a sad loss for television if the show will be canceled. Good news for Jimmy Fallon?
