Diana Kim: Rising YouTube Comedienne

What do you get when you mix an awkward college student and a video camera? Diana Kim!

Kim is an aspiring YouTube comedienne. She just started her first year in college. What better way to alleviate her stress than to vlog about it? She first picked up her video camera about a month ago and does not seem to want to put it down. Kim has made a total of four videos, with a new video released each week.

When asked why she began making the video blog, she responded quite energetically, “I started making these videos because I love to talk about me.  Any other conversation topic bores me.  Also, it looked fun.”

Diana’s first video, “College: Expectations vs. Reality” was especially funny. She took all misconceptions about college and revealed them in a creative and humorous video of her own.

“I hope I (make my viewers) laugh for a couple minutes at my stupidity.  Oh, and I’m also hypnotizing them to take over the world at my signal – as my minions.  Did I just say that?  Let’s pretend I said I cure mad cow disease over the internet with my killer looks.”

She might not have many views yet, but as soon as her name starts getting out, she will surely be raking in subscribers. Her vlog is different than that of others in that it has Diana doing outrageous things that you just can’t help but to laugh at.
