Having Red Hair and Tony Hawk Skateboarding Crime

Having red hair is not only unique but according to this Funny or Die video, being red is pretty controversial. ABC’s Modern Family actor, Jesse Tyler Ferguson acts as a Republican congressman who is quite unusual for the position. “I shouldn’t have to hide who I am,” he says about his locks.”I’m really no different than any other Republican.” Not to mention he says he was born red-headed, “a belief still challenged by many in his party.” Sounds like a similar issue we have, if I’m not mistaken.
Is skateboarding really a crime? If you call catching major air and landing awesome tricks a crime, than Tony Hawk may be biggest criminal of them all. In this College Humor original sketch, Hawk is being accused of “perpetrating the most gnarly of offenses.” If guilty he will be forced to ride the most torturous of all transportation- a scooter.
