On Thursday, June 12, comedian and host of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon will release a full-length album entitled Blow Your Pants Off in conjunction with Warner Bros. Records. This will mark the second album release for the multi-talented Saturday Night Live alum, following his Grammy nominated debut.
The album will include both original content as well as his late-night parody hits and features guest vocals from the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Sir Paul McCartney, Justin Timberlake, Eddie Vedder and more. Fallon has built his comedy career on his uncanny impersonations. Several parody songs that he performed quickly went viral, proving that Fallon is so much more than just a late night host.
“So far everyone that’s heard the album had their pants blown off. There’s nothing that we can do about it,” joked Fallon.
Fans of old-school vinyls have a chance to snatch a copy of a limited-edition 7-inch record featuring “Tebowie” (Fallon’s funny Tim Tebow/David Bowie mashup) with a B-side parody of the “Reading Rainbow” theme song as sung by The Doors that Fallon is releasing for the Record Store Day this Saturday.
