Joan Rivers Jokes About Jerry Sandusky on Same Day as Guilty Verdict

On the same day Jerry Sandusky was found guilty on 45 counts of sexual abuse, Joan Rivers took jabs at the former Penn State assistant coach on her E! show Fashion Police.

Hitting two public figures with one insult, Rivers commented that the dress actress Keira Knightley wore to the premiere of her film Seeking a Friend for the End of the World was “busier than Sandusky backstage at the Kids’ Choice Awards.”

The 79-year-old queen of mean also joked that the Oscar nominee looked like “an embroidered turd” in her Valentino gown and at the end of the show went on to declare Knightley a “fash-hole” for wearing her “busy” dress.

Sandusky is currently on suicide watch after being found guilty for the sexual abuse of many boys over a fifteen year period and faces up to 442 years in prison if sentenced to the maximum on all charges.

Was Rivers’ comment as gauche as white after Labor Day? Let us know!
