Live Longer, Laugh A Lot

You don’t have to be a scientist to figure out that if you want to be healthy, you have to exercise and eat right. I’m offering a great regiment that everyone will love: 90 minutes of laughter three times a week.
There are many benefits to laughter. Catch up on your sleep, because 15 minutes of laughter equals the benefit of 2 hours sleep. Live longer, because laughing for 15 seconds adds 2 days to your life span. Whip yourself up in shape without pricey equipment or budget draining gym memberships, because you can get the same benefits from laughing 100 times a day, as you can from 10 minutes of rowing.
One good belly laugh burns off 3 1/2 calories. You can stimulate your heart and lungs, elevate your blood pressure and improve breathing capacity by laughing. Laughter releases endorphins into the body with the same exhilarating effect as doing strenuous exercise.
Invite your friends to experience one of a kind fitness plan and change your lifestyle for better. Here’s what’s happening coast-to-coast:
New York City. See Steve Byrne on March 10-12 at Gotham Comedy Club
Boston. See Jim Colliton on March 11 and Harrison Stebbins on March 12 at Nick’s Comedy Stop
Chicago. See Jo Koy on March 10-12 at Chicago Improv
Las Vegas. See Frank Caliendo at Monte Carlo Resort & Casino
