Netflix Will Release the 10 New Episodes of ‘Arrested Development’ All at One Time

Get pumped Arrested Development fans…Netflix has announced that it will release all ten episodes of the new season at one time! No waiting around for new episodes each week.
To differentiate itself from regular TV, Netflix has opted to make all ten of the episodes available for viewing on the same day. That day is still not determined, but it will be sometime next year, said Netflix chief Ted Sarandos at the National Association of Broadcasters convention in Las Vegas.
Mitch Hurwitz, creator of Arrested Development, had originally planned to have each episode of Season 4 centered around a different character, but after working on the episodes more, the scripts now resemble the old show. Rumors have been flying around of a possible Arrested Development movie, but that was never mentioned at the convention. Hurwitz did say that he wouldn’t mind continuing the show on Netflix.
Arrested Development fans rejoice…are you excited for this news? What are you most thrilled about for the new shows? Does it lose any of its appeal by the shows being released all on the same day?
