The Coexist? Comedy Tour

A Muslim, a Christian, a Buddhist, a Hindu, an atheist and a Jew walk into a bar…
When Hindu Tapan Trivedi moved to America it was to pursue technology studies, not to become a stand up comedian. More surprising to the man with many Gods is that he should be sharing stage time with his spiritual opposite, a man with no Gods. Trivedi and atheist comedian Keith Lowell Jensen found they enjoyed joking about religion, their own, each other’s and everyone else’s and they bet that others would too. The Coexist? Comedy Tour was born.
Strengthened by an ensemble of comedians whose credits include ABC’s “The View”, Showtime and Spike TV, The Coexist? Comedy Tour was an instant hit at such esteemed clubs as The Hollywood Improv, The Throckmorton Theatre, The Seattle Comedy Underground and more. The tour has also appealed to the college market with successful shows at UC Davis, UC Berkeley and CSU Sacramento.
In December 2008 the Coexist? Comedy Tour was featured in the pages of The Los Angeles Times.
The Coexist? Comedians are all stand up comedy veterans who boast impressive resumes on their own. Combined they are an unstoppable force on a mission from god (or gods, or science or Darwin or something.)
See them perform live at The Crest Theater on December 5th.
