Just the words “human slingshot” make me cringe as though I’m in an old Wiley Coyote cartoon unable to catch that darn roadrunner. But it is in fact a real thing that a group of friends put together in order to make the gnarliest slip and slide known to man. Aside from the contraption mirroring a death machine, it looks like a blast.
According to OurTime.Org, one in two young Americans are unemployed. Looking for jobs has affected people all over, especially graduates just getting out of college. Job interviewing has been like an intense training for a sport, but the harder you look doesn’t always mean you get the job. Actress Renee Zellweger (Jerry Maguire, Chicago) plays a mother in this Funny or Die video where she interviews a business grad to babysit her twins. Twins who so happen to look like the little girls from The Shining. Employment looks so good, we’d do about anything.
